How do I access Hyperwallet? ›

How do I sign up or activate my account? Pay Portal will create a/an Hyperwallet account on your behalf. Once created, an email will be sent to you with a link you can use to begin the activation process.

In virtual accounts, payees can choose how they want to withdraw money from Hyperwallet. These options include prepaid cards, Venmo transfers, PayPal transfers, checks, cash pickup, or donations.

Hyperwallet is a registered money services business in the United States and Canada.

Hyperwallet doesn't publicly list its fees for making payments or its international exchange rate, but there is an account fee of $3 USD/month if you don't withdraw funds within 90 days of receiving them.

Bank Account is available as a default transfer method for both Straight-Through and Virtual Account payout models. It is supported in both the Pay Portal and the Embedded Payout Experience. Depending on the region, Hyperwallet can deliver funds to a bank account using local direct deposit or bank wires.

How do I activate my account? To activate from the Pay Portal login page, click Activate Account. To activate your prepaid card, please select Card Number and enter your 16-digit card number. Once completed, click Continue.

Once the transfer has been processed, the payee can expect funds to be deposited to their bank account within 1-3 business days.

You can update a bank account by sending a PUT request to the /users/{user-token}/bank-accounts/{bank-account-token} endpoint and including the direct deposit or wire transfer details to update in JSON format in the request body. Only the values that you wish to update need to be supplied.
