Bruce McGill is an American actor best known for his 2004 Collateral, 2001 Ali, and 1999 The Insider roles. He also acted in Lincoln as Edwin Stanton, The Sum of All Fears as Gene Revell, My Cousin Vinny as Sheriff Dean Farley, and Animal House as Daniel Simpson.

In 1994, he guest-starred alongside Jay Leno in the Emmy-nominated TV series, Home Improvement. McGill played Willard Cates in the short-lived series Wolf Lake and was set to join the cast of Bionic Woman in the fall of 2007. Additionally, he voiced Agent Buford in the video game Mercenaries.
